Designs, orders and customer service
We store the details and artwork you give us to save your design, fulfil orders and answer your requests. Saved-design links and codes act as access keys: share them only with people you want to see your design. Shopify handles checkout and order processing; Zoho handles our mailboxes; Resend delivers website emails; our hosted database stores designs and service requests.
AI assistance
Our chat is an AI assistant. Questions may be processed through our hosted AI provider to select an approved answer. Routine email enquiries may also receive an automated answer when inbox automation is connected. Requests that need judgement or cannot be answered confidently go to our team. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in chat. Order details are sent to the matching order email rather than disclosed in public chat.
Optional design reminders
Saving a design does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If you choose reminders and confirm by email, we send up to three follow-ups over a week with your design link and designer-help options. You can unsubscribe in every reminder. Purchases or requests for human help stop these reminders.
Cookies and storage
Essential browser storage supports your design, basket, sign-in and cookie choices. Analytics and advertising tags stay off until you allow their respective categories. Google Analytics measures site use when connected; Google Ads and Meta can measure advertising when connected and permitted. We do not deliberately send your email, phone number, artwork or saved-design code as analytics event data. Cookie choices are remembered for up to 180 days.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@gettrademarked.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity, and may retain records needed to fulfil orders or meet record-keeping obligations. Our Shopify privacy policy explains checkout processing in more detail.
